Welcome to Slop2Prod! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our security assessment services ("Service"). By submitting a project, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Slop2Prod provides a best-effort security assessment focused on identifying a single, significant security finding in your submitted web application. The assessment depth and priority depend on the pricing tier selected. We aim to provide actionable reports suitable for AI tool integration.

Our Service is designed for incremental improvement and is not a substitute for comprehensive penetration testing or a guarantee that your application is free of all vulnerabilities.

2. Submissions

You agree to provide accurate information about your project, including application details and a functional URL. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit the application for assessment.

3. Payment and Billing

Fees for the Service are based on the selected pricing tier. We use Stripe for payment processing. Payment is authorized upon submission and captured only when the assessment begins.

If we are unable to begin the assessment within 7 days of submission, the payment authorization will automatically expire, and no charge will be made.

4. Confidentiality

We understand your submission may involve a sensitive or unannounced project. Everything you share with us — including URLs, descriptions, credentials, and the assessment results — stays private. We won’t share it with anyone outside our team unless required by law or essential for the service to work (for example, payments via Stripe). Your idea remains yours, and we treat it like it’s ours to protect.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and on a "best-effort" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness or accuracy of the assessment. We do not guarantee that we will find any or all security vulnerabilities.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slop2Prod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your submission will apply to that submission. By submitting after the Terms change, you agree to the updated Terms.
